Avocado Salad (Kristee Watts)

Ingrediants:

1 pkg chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 T wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1 T sugar
½ tsp garlic salt
1 C diced tomatoes
½ c diced celery
¼ c diced green onions
1 can tuna fish
3 ripe avocados


Directions:

Prepare rice as directed. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and garlic salt.
Toss with tomatoes, celery, onions, tuna, and rice. Chill.
Serve half avocado on salad bed and fill center of avocado with salad.
Or Top salad with sliced avocados.
