Sue's Fresh Tomato Salsa- Sue Bishof




Ingredients:

6 large plum tomatoes, quartered
1/4 small onion
1 large clove garlic
3 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeds & membrane removed
1 handful fresh cilantro, washed, stems removed
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and "chop." Don't blend too fine. Add or subtract jalapeno's, onion, or cilantro to taste.

  2. Okay. The picture is mine, the recipe is Sue's. I don't know where my recipe is, but it has only tomatoes, salt, fresh cilantro and chopped white onion (with finely chopped jalapeno if you want to add some heat).

    Also, where did my Spinach Stuffed shells picture and recipe go? Hmmm. :)

  3. Where are my recipes? If I get you the recipe for the above picture, will you change it so that the picture goes with the recipe? Any chance you can find my stuffed shell recipe? I was looking for it the other day because I lost the original and it isn't on the site!
