White Bean Chili (Christa Hall)

Ingrediants

36 oz canned Great Northern Beans
6 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 onions chopped
6-8 cloves minced garlic
4 cups cooked diced chicken
7 oz. can diced green chilies
4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

Simmer together for 30 minutes the first 9 ingredients in a soup pot or crock pot.  Then add the sour cream and Monterey Jack Cheese.  Stir until cheese melts.  Enjoy!
